ngibbsiteA hydrate of aluminium, a whitish mineral, found, in Massachusetts in irregular stalactitic masses, presenting an aggregation of elongated tuberous branches, parallel and united: also found in the Ural and elsewhere, in monoclinic crystals, and often called hydrargillite. Its structure is fibrous, the fibers radiating from an axis.
